This year marks the departure from the WHAG premises of the artworks by the renowned Anglo-saxon artist, William Timlin, who was resident to Kimberley for a large part of his career. Timlin designed a number of important buildings in Kimberley whilst pursuing his interest in art. The beloved WilliamTimlin artworks have been on long term loan to WHAG from the Oppenheimer Foundation. This loan term comes to an end this year, and given the popularity of his artworks with visitors to the WHAG, a final William Timlin exhibition will be installed in the WHAG.
